Julie has speciallised in Family Law for much of her legal career and has worked closely with Victoria Melling and Ceri Thomas for many years.
Julie is the first point of contact with new clients and will take intitial instructions from them to assess their needs and alay any fears they have with regard to what can at first appear to be a daunting process.
Julie has a sympathetic ear and deals with clients in an understanding manner. Clients are often distressed and upset when first making contact and Julie is regularly heard saying to clients “You won’t be the first person I have heard cry, and I am sure you won’t be the last!”
Julie does her best to support clients who are struggling and need reassurance and does her best to empower clients who sometimes find the journey difficult.
Julie always attempts to explain in layman’s terms anything which the client does not understand as we believe in being jargon free here at VM Family Law.
