Ceri is able to advise in relation to all aspects of relationship breakdown, including divorce, judicial separation and the dissolution of civil partnerships. Ceri regularly deals with cases involving the division of assets on separation, including pensions, businesses and transfer of matrimonial property and disputes about the arrangements for children.
In addition to her work surrounding relationship breakdown, Ceri also advises in relation to pre-nuptial agreements and parental responsibility agreements for step-parents.
Ceri is accredited by Resolution as an expert with particular specialism in financial remedies, children disputes and domestic abuse.
Ceri is a member of Resolution and sits on the Manchester Area Committee. Ceri is a trustee of Endeavour, a domestic abuse charity in Bolton and a Governor at her local school. These additional roles give Ceri insight into the local community and allow her to ensure that all clients receive access to holistic support.
